Suku Batak is yet another completely sun-dried coffee, also grown around Lake Toba in the Lintongnihuta area to the south and Seribu Dolok area to the east. It is a double picked preparation with a little wider classification.
Tastes Like: Baking Spices, Black Tea, Lime, Brown Sugar
Roast: City+ (Medium/Medium-Dark)
Brew Methods: All manual brew methods, drip machines, and especially good on an espresso machine.
